About vbPortal
vbPortal A CMS And Portal For vBulletin

vbPortal by PHP Portals is a powerful and customisable content management system and portal system for vBulletin (a vBulletin CMS). It has been written in PHP and uses MySQL for a fast backend database engine. The goal is to give you options and features to separate your forum from the rest and make it broad enough to attract more visitors and users. vbPortal allows you to store, format, reproduce and manage content. Not only can the user join a sub-usergroup and have a whole sub-set of forums they can now have a whole set of PHP portal modules assigned to that usergroup alone and a completely diverse style set for each one.

vbPortal 3 marked the first new major version of vbPortal in over two years. Besides a significant number of new features, there where also a number of major developments in the underlying system architecture. Along with these advances, however, came a system that incorporated a tremendous amount of new and then not-widely-tested code. Compared to the then existing line of 2.x releases, the first few beta releases had minor regressions in areas of stability, performance, and occasionally functionality.

vbPortal v3.8.0 is the latest Phpportals Content Management System (CMS) and PHP Portal for vBulletin.
